1. Platform and acceptance
DwelG coordinates movement requests through eligible independent providers, employees, partner organisations and professional carriers. By creating an account, submitting a request, providing capacity or accepting a confirmed booking, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this website.
A search result, estimate, proposed route or payment authorisation is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation occurs only when DwelG expressly confirms the movement and applicable payment conditions.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Customers must provide a valid mobile number and accurate request information. Providers must be at least 18 years old and complete the verification required for the relevant work. You must protect your account, must not share it with an unverified person and must promptly report suspected misuse.
3. Sender responsibilities
- Provide complete and truthful item, value, handling, address, GPS and timing information.
- Make the legally binding private contents declaration requested by DwelG.
- Use adequate packaging and any certified packaging required for the shipment.
- Do not tender prohibited, undeclared, unsafe or unlawfully transported goods.
- Ensure the sender and receiver are authorised to transfer and receive the item.
4. Inspection and refusal
DwelG may request photographs, measurements, weight verification, seal evidence or lawful inspection when fraud, safety, prohibited contents or declaration accuracy is reasonably questioned. DwelG may refuse, pause, return or hand a shipment to competent authorities when required by law or safety.
5. Price and payment
Pricing is dynamically calculated and confirmed before payment. The customer sees the maximum amount authorised and the applicable breakdown. Payment is captured after route confirmation using an approved payment provider. Taxes and invoices are handled under applicable law.
6. Pickup, delivery and changes
The confirmed service window, delivery evidence and retry rules form part of the booking. Early delivery requires customer approval. Material route or custody changes that affect the customer’s selected option, price or commitment are presented for approval where required by the applicable policy.
7. Cancellation, loss and disputes
Cancellations and refunds follow the published Cancellation and Refund Policy. Declared value does not automatically create insurance. Uninsured or undeclared-value shipments may receive only limited base liability, subject to applicable law and the confirmed booking terms.
8. Provider conduct
Providers must follow the prescribed route-leg instructions, preserve seals, comply with capacity limits, make required location and identity attestations, avoid unauthorised disclosure and complete handoffs only using approved evidence. Compensation and payout remain subject to verification, disputes, tax withholding and the provider agreement.
9. Availability and liability
DwelG does not guarantee that every location, item or requested timeline is serviceable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited according to the confirmed service, declared value, insurance and applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Law, updates and contact
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer forums and mandatory law. Material updates will be published with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@dwelg.com.
