How it works

From request to confirmed movement.

The application keeps customer input simple while the platform validates coverage, capacity, safety and timing behind the scenes.

1. Describe the movement

Enter or speak the origin, destination, item details, weight, dimensions and preferred service windows. AI may help convert conversation into editable fields, but the customer reviews and submits the final request.

2. Verify locations and serviceability

DwelG validates the pincode and GPS pin, then checks whether the required pickup, transit and delivery capabilities are active for the item class and requested window.

3. Evaluate feasible plans

The routing service compares eligible providers, capacity, handoffs, professional carriers, reliability, safety and the latest safe confirmation deadline. It never promises a route merely because an approximate match exists.

4. Review price or alternatives

If the exact request is feasible, DwelG displays the maximum authorised amount and applicable cost breakdown. If it is not feasible, the application explains that clearly and offers available alternative locations, windows or service choices.

5. Confirm, pay and follow milestones

Payment is captured only after the required route is confirmed. Customers see DwelG as responsible for fulfilment and receive operational milestones and ETA updates rather than private provider mechanics.
