What affects price
- Pickup and delivery locations and time windows.
- Distance, duration, deviation and number of required custody legs.
- Weight, dimensions, volume, item count and vehicle requirement.
- Risk tier, handling, packaging, insurance and compliance needs.
- Reliability preference, urgency and backup requirements.
- Taxes, payment processing and the applicable platform fee.
Choices that may reduce cost
Where available, customers may choose a handoff point, bring the item to a transit provider, accept a longer delivery window, or select another feasible service option. DwelG displays only alternatives that the system can support.
Community delivery
A provider may volunteer to carry an item without transport compensation. The customer may still be charged verified packaging, insurance, payment-processing, tax and a small platform fee where applicable. A free provider leg does not automatically make the complete booking ₹0.
Final cost and refunds
After matching, the customer receives the available cost breakdown before payment. If a valid route exceeds the authorised ceiling, DwelG requests approval instead of charging the higher amount silently. Refunds return to the original payment method; no customer wallet is used at launch.
