Package integrity
- Pickup evidence can include photographs, dimensions, verified weight and seal ID.
- Providers must not open or break the packaging seal.
- Sensitive or high-value items may require certified packaging and tamper monitoring.
- A seal incident creates an operational alert; sensitive shipments may pause automatically for review.
Information minimisation
Providers receive the route segment, handling category, dimensions, compensation, deviation and instructions needed for their leg. Private contents declarations remain restricted unless a controlled legal, safety or handling disclosure is necessary.
Direct customer phone numbers are not shared. Communication is intended to use masked calling or in-app controls.
Location and handoffs
Coordinates are captured at pickup, handoff and delivery, with adaptive location evidence during custody. Customers receive milestones and ETA; authorised operations staff can investigate the detailed trail through audited access.
Emergency recovery
When an accepted provider cannot continue for a verified emergency, DwelG can contact designated backups and recovery providers. Rescue assignments may be marked as Lifesavers, with benefits based on sustained performance and administrative approval.
